Just Perfect yet again

Liked: Yet again, The Shelbourne delivered a memorable comforatble stay. When in Dublin it’s our home away from home.

Mixed stay

Liked: Mixed feelings about this stay. Of course the hotel is beautiful with an exceptional location and excellent facilities on site .
Disliked: There seemed to be a family of pigeons living somewhere either in the storage area or outside the bedroom window which really affected my sleep , weirdly. I have to say that the club sandwich I had at no. 27 bar was shockingly bad. Don’t ask how anyone could mess up a club sandwich, especially a 5 star hotel bar ?!Unfortunately my main complaint is the quality of early morning staff on check out. I checked out at 6.15 am on a Monday and was barely greeted by the male receptionist. I was never asked how my stay was, so I reminded him that he should ask this to guests, before letting him know about the pidgeon situation by my room . I would expect much more professional front desk service at a premier establishment like this, or any establishment for that matter !
