Great food!

Liked: I had breakfast and lunch at the Saddle Room, and ordered room service for dinner. All meals were excellent. Room was clean. Bed was very comfortable. Temperature controls in the room worked great. Ample storage space in the room. Room was well kept.
Disliked: The only thing that was not kept that well in the bathroom was the soap holder in the bath. I am not 100% sure but I think they treated rust or something - it wasn’t rusted or anything but you could see that something was treated.Please note that health club does NOT give you a robe if you use the pool without using the spa. I was told to bring my own robe from my room. You can however use towels at the health club. The elevator to the health club was not working the day I stayed there. There were signs to walk over there instead, however the final door to the health club was locked. So the only option was to go outside and walk 3 doors down to the health club. I checked with the reception to confirm this and yes, that was it. So I walked to the health club outside in my flip flops with my robe in my hand. At that point, I had been wandering long enough in the building that I did not want to go back to my room to change into shoes. Thankfully, health spa staff opened the locked door for me on my way back. This is in no way a complaint about the staff on the ground, but a complaint about management not having procedures in place to implement for the ground staff when things like this happen.The pool grout is ready to be cleaned / redone in places. Better temperature control is needed for the pool.
