Great location, room and hotel...

Liked: Location was excellent, breakfast was ok. Reception looked good.
Disliked: The room we were in was really poorly equipped, it had one wardrobe for 4 people with no other storage space. The mirror in the bathroom was a strange lens shape which made is nearly unusable. The hotel should have a tv showing football as it’s the Shankly hotel.

Disliked: It's a little out of date and shabby. I couldn't use the shower as no hand rails. A hotel for the young!

Liked: Friendly reception. Huge room, comfy beds and top class bedding, and towels. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
Disliked: Tiny bit noisy one night but nothing too major.

Liked: The staff at the hotel were very efficient from check in too checkout.Location of hotel is great.Close too everything.While we didn't dine at the hotel we did have the buffet style breakfast which was excellent.
Disliked: The only downside for us at this hotel was that our room was a bit dated and could do with a makeover
