Disliked: I booked a themed room and didn't get it. The room was tatty, lots of paint was missing on did and surrounds, skirting, black mould on tiles in bathroom, ĥole in the bathroom flooring. Been b4 twice and never saw this. Rooms not being maintained to good standard. No body wash in the container. I've told people b4 how impressed I was with decor and standards but wasn't this time. I booked a few months ago and yet got a silver signature room not turned room
