Liked: There was no breakfast.
Disliked: The bed/mattress was wet when I arrived. It seemed to have been soaked through. The bathroom floor also had pools of water in it. I told the front desk, and instead of apologizing, they didn’t believe me. I asked to change rooms and they said they didn’t have any other rooms. I asked for my money back and they said I’d have to call Booking.com to get refunded. I waited for half an hour on the phone, only for Booking.com to tell me that they couldn’t refund me without the manager’s approval, and the manager was off duty. So I had no choice but to sleep on a wet bed. I hope it was just water, but it could well have been bodily fluids, which is a gross biohazard.The staff was often not at the front desk and I would have to call the hotel just to get ahold of them. Everyone was rude. Even when I was just trying to drop off my key to checkout, the staff was annoyed at me for knocking on the door. I never take the time to leave bad reviews, but this was a miserable experience. I still haven’t heard back from them about getting my money back.

I would not stay at...

Liked: The bed was comfortable. The bathroom was clean. There was a full length mirror. It had air conditioning. The motel outside was very well lit. The front desk were very nice and helpful.
Disliked: The room always smelled of smoke and so did our clothes by the time we left. There was hardly any covering for the bed ( just 2 sheets on top of the fitted sheet). No blankets. The floor was sticky. The wifi didn’t work. The tv kept freezing up. The only chair in the room was dirty. There were no tissues. There was no fridge/microwave or coffee maker. This is no fault of the hotel but the traffic outside went on all night and was very loud. Lots of big trucks. Unless your a deep sleeper it will wake you up multiple times.

Disliked: There was a lots of people's hanging out when I pulled up I was worried about my safety and they was loud all night.
