Exceptional

Liked: Front desk worker was very friendly and extremely helpful!! Double thumbs up!!(I'm talking about the night worker!!)
Disliked: I didn't like that there isn't any fan in the bathrooms. Also, the day time front desk worker, very rude and had an attitude the whole time we were checking out!

Too scared to stay there...

Liked: The hotel itself was a nice older hotel, The staff tried really hard to keep their guest safe. They are very nice Bed was ok. Pillows were good Bug free
Disliked: It is located in a bad area. I was very uncomfortable getting out of my car to check in. I was scared to park in the underground parking as I was late coming in. The front desk man was almost attacked by the homeless littering the entrance when i was checking out. Breakfast was a little disappointing, I understand eat in only but inbound have rathered a muffin and go

Disliked: One thing I didn’t like during my check out was I didn’t get money back because of a damage my cousin did to a blanket in my room I paid.

Disliked: The building is old and in need of repair. Street people hanging around.

Liked: this booking was a total disgrace.booking,com should be more aware of the places they recommend. Bedbugs can cause serious health problems.
Disliked: the bedbugs ;the blood on the walls and bed from the bedbugs -the shower facility. getting hot water to try and get any bedbugs off was seriously disgusting

Liked: Breakfast was awesome… sad to see the situation happening in Timmins as it is everywhere these days. Happy to see staff be as compassionate and accommodating with this situation as possible.

Would consider staying there again...

Liked: The price. The bedroom and bathroom were clean and quite satisfactory. New mattresses on the beds - very comfortable. Front desk staff were very friendly and helpful.
Disliked: Tired and in need of upgrading in all the public areas. No signage on the outside of the hotel - not sure we were in the right place. Garage was open with no sign of any security. Sketchy area of the city but in fairness there was construction all around the hotel.
