Warm, welcoming and comfortable stay...

Liked: Lovely friendly and welcoming family. Room on ground floor is spacious and even has a little patio, weather permitting! Excellent breakfast, comfortable room and bathroom. Parking on forecourt (limited). Easy walk to centre, pier, sea.
Disliked: Nothing to note.

Liked: Location was good, a short walk to seafront. Food good . Bed very comfortable and hosts were lovely.

Liked: Ideal location. The breakfast was excellent.
Disliked: Although I met the hosts. They never introduced themselves. So I couldn't tell you their names. Was a bit upsetting after I informed them I wouldn't be having breakfast as i was going out early. The wife offered a packed breakfast. But unfortunately I had already left. When I returned, the husband made a point of telling me his wife was tired after getting up early. But I know I'd said I was going out before seven am. Would advise anyone needing a hairdryer to take their own. As the ones provided quickly over heated. And wasn't blowing out. It was just very hot heat. Flooring in the bathroom definitely needs replacing. Unfortunately I wouldn't stay here again
