Liked: Friendly helpful staffComfortable bedNewly built all in very good condition 5 mins walk to Richmond town centre
Disliked: Room was just too small for 2 people to be in at the same time, it required having to climb over the bed to function and move around, so little work space meant making tea was really difficult and opening the wardrobe was a challenge as it was only about 30cm from the bed.I suspect all the rooms are the same size, such a shame they didn't make them just 1m wider and deeper I would only stay again as a single person

Ok for one night and...

Liked: Close to train station, with small car park
Disliked: TV didn’t work properly, Neither did the air-con? Room was ok, but very hot and no ventilation? (Windows didn’t open)Breakfast overpriced for continental? We walked a short way to a cafe and had full English for half the price.

Liked: It was a small boutique property. Very good staff. They were very accommodating and friendly. Hotel was clean and very comfortable for our purpose.

Liked: Great location for central Richmond.
Disliked: We were woken at 5am by someone delivering laundry bins right outside our window.Room was small.

Liked: Excellent hotel, exceptional attentive staff, beautiful interior design and comfortable rooms, centrally located near the main street and and only a short stroll to the waterfront.One of my favourite hotels in London and surroundings !

Easy walk from the railway...

Liked: Friendly staff.
Disliked: Nothing.

Superb

Liked: The staff was excellent and because there was an issue with the room we booked (too small) they have upgraded us and alwsys ensured we feel comfortable - we will definately visit them again
