Disliked: Dated . Breakfast was very average. Tinned fruit , no fresh fruit. My suite was very big but fire doors everywhere. I stayed for three nights. It wasn’t serviced once. The decor is dated.

Great location, beautiful sea view...

Liked: Great location close to shops, bars, restaurants and beach. Swimming pool available and some limited parking
Disliked: Thought we had booked bed and breakfast but was told room only on arrival. Hotel was OK but really needs an update - our room looked tired and tatty in places. No maid service during our 4 night stay.

Liked: Great location for all the transport around the island.Fantastic staff from the reception, restaurant staff and cleaner’s. Nice bar and for a hotel not over priced.
Disliked: Shame the stream room and jacuzzi are not in use.

Lovely helpful staff but building...

Liked: The staff were lovely; very helpful and friendly; very welcoming. The suites were an excellent size although dated. The location was good.
Disliked: The bar, the dated decor and the smell in the suite bathroom. The staff did their best to solve the smell problem and it did improve a bit. I think there are ongoing problems as it’s a very old building.

Disliked: Room was dated and noisy from banging above. Tv was very small and old fashioned. Please upgrade to smart TV's so we can watch netflix and other apps. Pool was cold and changing rooms smelt funny. Needs full refurbishment of this area.
