The location is great. We walked to Mercury Ballroom and also 4th Street Live! Our room was charming and clean. Very nice place!

Liked: The location and history is impeccable. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean.
Disliked: Parking is expensive for overnight. We didn't park in the parking garage.

Liked: The location was ideal, the staff was exceptional and the bar was very good, the hotel tradition and lore makes it an event in itself.
Disliked: The pillows sucked

Other than the shower door...

Liked: Location
Disliked: I was in room 434, I could hardly fit through the shower door, the doorway was very very very narrow, I’m a fat guy and had a very very very hard time getting into the shower. You should make guest aware of this before that book a room.
