Liked: Lovely to have a room with lounge, plush couch and furnishings. The washer dryer was a godsend. I had the best sleep. So comfy. Loved the robes and slippers and toiletries nice.
Disliked: I would have liked to have a toaster and instructions how to use the oven. We couldn't log on to the system to use our Netflix or Spotify. Didn't want to have to call room service about it. A shame with two lovely big TVs, one in each room.

Liked: Great location, staff were very helpful and friendly. the Restaurant, Kitchen, Bar staff & Dinner was excellent & we would Truly enjoy returning for our next visit
Disliked: The Breakfast was the significant worry. The Food that was supposed to be served Hot was Cold, the Bain Marie’s were cold at 7-8 am… we had to ask the staff member to Microwave food, that is a health issue, we did mention this to the receptionist. & would check before paying upfront or we would find breakfast elsewhere.

Liked: It was amazing experience. The bed and pillows are really comfortable. Everything was new and nice. Very close to Lower Hutt Event centre. Had a good discount for continental breakfast if we prebook.
