Beautiful resort but dirty unit

Liked: the resort itself was amazing!Loved access to the pool and the lake facilities.The view of the lake was nice, (but it was partially blocked by a tree), the gardens were beautiful and the pool looked very inviting.
Disliked: The apartment was very untidy and old. It felt dirty and there was sand everywhere as soon as we walked in. I moved the cushion of the couch & the amount of sand that fell off was astounding. It needs a dust, the fans were atrocious. It looked like it hasn't been used or cleaned in decades. The bedrooms on first floor were very hot, but when you opened the louvers to get the breeze, the screens were covered in dust or had massive holes in them so the mozzies and insects come in.The smoke alarm upstairs was directly in the door way of the shower & the exhaust fan didn't work. So after you finished in the shower & opened the door, it made the smoke alarm go off several times for quite awhile after you had finished in the bathroom. The unit would've been ok that it was an older unit if it was clean, but it was disappointingly dirty.

Could be a spectacular stay...

Liked: It was lovely position just needs to be gutted and modernised
Disliked: The apartments are extremely dated. Floors damaged and worn, walls paint cracked and hole in the ceiling in the living room. Smallest tvs i have ever seen. Very very dated - I didn’t think that Sebel had such low standards.

Lovely place

Liked: Loved how close it was to the novotel and that we could walk over and use their restaurant and pool.Also had 2 other pools at the apartments to use. Had a lovely view of the lake, easy parking.
Disliked: We had to wait an extra hour to check in as the room wasn't ready.
