Liked: Location to Sydney Hospital, comfortable bed, staff were helpful
Disliked: Dust on window sills and other areas behind furniture, room was of smaller size but suitable for short stay. Missing TV remote from the room. Staff did their best to assist with this.

Awesome location and friendly staff....

Liked: Great location, really friendly staff. The gentlemen that served us was fantastic and made the complicated parking arrangement much easier for us.
Disliked: The parking was easy to find but the link between the car park and the hotel can be a little confusing with lots of stairs depending on how deep you go down. Not too bad though, we got there in the end.

Liked: Location was excellent, really close to the city/Martin Place/Circular Quay. The bed was really comfortable and the bathroom had some nice touches and amenities. Some staff were super friendly.
Disliked: Ideally would be great to have things like room service (wasnt available), a gym that is in the building. It put me off having to troop around Sydney to find the one you are affiliated with. Would also be good to have a price list for the mini bar in the mini bar rather than everything online. The person that checked us in was not too friendly and would have liked a warmer welcome.

Liked: Room was really nicely decorated and comfortable.
Disliked: Pretty minimal on other facilities, definitely not a place you’d hang around and have a drink but it’s perfect if you plan to be out exploring while in Sydney
