For me it was the...

Liked: I supplied my own food. Cooking appliances were exceptionally good.Closeness to shops etc.
Disliked: I felt the price was a little high. But it was during the Christmas season.

Nice property however lack of...

Liked: Location and quiet good size apartment and facilities
Disliked: The wardrobe had a damp dusky smell and reported twice to reception however it continued throughout the stay The toilet also had constant yellowing in the water.

Liked: Amenities were great, good size room, very clean and tidy, the whole place smelt great, good location for what we needed it for, the shower was amazing with great pressure, best shower I’ve had in a hotel.

Have stayed previously and would...

Liked: The apartment was just what we needed. Roomy, facilities were good., very comfortable beds. Efficient respectful staff. Right in the midst of Moonee Valley shopping and dining precinct.
Disliked: As parking is a premium in the area, and grateful to have on site parking , we felt $30 per night a little steep.
