Perfect short stay before my...

Liked: Hard to find the check in on a busy little street and not much off street parking that’s for free while trying to check in. Greeted upon arrival with a room upgrade and a lovely tidy stay with comfortable rooms. Room service was good too.

Lows and Highs, The accommodation...

Liked: The accommodation surpassed all expectations.
Disliked: The staff is horrible at communicating, and attention with the gests from the check-in to the checkout. We standed for quite a while at 5am to checkout at the reception and the staff was asleep on the back room. The staff ended up not processing our checkout properly and I had to wait for 15 days to have the pre authorisation refund done.
