Liked: Clean, quite area, parking on site at a reasonable cost, friendly staff and walking distance to main shopping area
Disliked: Nothing

Good value for money

Liked: It has all the essentials (like wifi, washing machine, dryer & kitchen) that we require to make our stay comfortable.
Disliked: Would be better if the water pressure in the shower is stronger.

The Sebel exceeded our expectations!

Liked: Great value for money, friendly and helpful staff, loved the layout of the room, good size fridge, washing machine, dryer, walking distance to everything, modern and clean facilities, parking, comfortable beds and pillows, good shower.
Disliked: Nothing :)

Liked: Great location within walking distance of the CBD.
Disliked: Parking available however they are a cashless reception which I would have liked the option to pay cash or card.

Exceptional

Pleasant atmosphere, clean and comfortable...

Liked: It had a lovely ambience and pleasant atmosphere upon walking in to reception. Friendly professional staff. Our room was very clean comfortable and pleasant to stay in.
Disliked: The tea and coffee station was not stocked sufficiently, only providing enough tea sachets and milk for one drink each. The balcony was uninspiring to sit on, with no colour and nothing on it but an uncomfortable table and chairs. Over priced carpark ,very tight parking that may enable damage to car. Lack of signage in the carpark with directions to enter the hotel. Not enough information about room service.

Nice

Liked: Lovely and modern. We received a feee room upgrade without asking-we were very grateful.
Disliked: The 2am fire alarm…and communication afterwards wasn’t the best. We were told it was being investigated but not that there was an all clear afterwards.
