Liked: Room and bathroom good size.
Disliked: We arrived at Sebel hot and stressed after draggingour bags from parking through choatic streets...totally ill informed about road closures and parking options and a festival in CBD...staff were indifferent, not helpful to regional travellers. If I had known I would have stayed elsewhere...I had tried to call directly..no answer. I will not stay here again- nil customer service.

Overall it was nice stay.

Liked: The location of the hotel was convenient, near to the city and the bug shopping centre. The bed and cushions were very comfortable, it was clean and well presented.
Disliked: However, the cleaning staff needs better training on respecting guests’ privacy. When a “Privacy” sign is hanging on the door, they should neither knock nor enter the room. Conversely, if a “Please make up my room” sign is displayed, they should clean the room promptly.When I returned to my room, it had not been cleaned. Fifteen minutes later, just after I had taken a shower, the staff entered, asking if they could clean. I requested they return in an hour, but they informed me that their shift was ending and this was the last room on their list.The hotel doesn’t offer shuttles from/to airport as well. There is no onsite restaurant but there is a café on the corner and a big shopping centre where clients can find plenty of options for food.

Disliked: There was a large festival happening with many, at times unnecessary, road closures so access to the hotel was extremely difficult. Some warning from the hotel showing how to access during this would have been very beneficial

Liked: Fantastic Stay – Exceeded Expectations!I had an amazing experience at this hotel! The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The rooms were beyond my expectations—spacious, spotless, and with a great view. The beds were super comfy, ensuring a great night’s sleep. The entire property was exceptionally clean and well-maintained. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to stay, very close to the centre.
Disliked: There was a heavy leak from the window during the rainstorm, but the staff quickly accommodated us with a room change the next afternoon, which I really appreciated. Despite this minor issue, I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!

A hassle with the car,...

Liked: Very quiet rooms. Modern bathrooms. Comfortable bed.
Disliked: No car parking. Most streets blocked off due to local festival. Caused a few car logistical issues.

I could forgive one strike,...

Liked: Location would have been easier to like if we had been warned that all the roads were closed
Disliked: Beds were dreadful. There was no TV remote, which we tried to get help with, but the staff had knocked off 30 minutes early. The central office said someone would contact us, but no one did. We eventually figured out how to power off the TV without a remote so we could sleep.
