Disliked: Reception area is small and not very welcoming, please be assured the staff were nice though

Disliked: Smelt like cooked onion and garlic upon opening the door. Floor hadn’t been mopped. Had to pay extra for undercover parking

Liked: Great location, close to the lake, coffee shops and war memorial. Off street parking available and secure.

Liked: Having car parking was great, rooms were well appointed and the little kitchenette allowed for some home breakfasts. The location for our purposes was ideal
Disliked: We found out on entry to the room that the King beds could be split. We have a family of four and ended up sharing one adult/one child per King but if advice on splitting the beds was available at booking, we would have requested that. Also, car parking is available but I don't think was clear until arrival. I believe it should be included in the booking explicitly or as an option, and not an add on later which added additional cost to the experience.

Disliked: Only1 chair with a back & 1 stool for 2 people for a week!!! I breakfast bowl in the unit!! No sugar!! NOT clean. Staff when asked if we could have an Extra luggage rack to put our luggage on said NO then changed their mind after I complained .
