Disliked: I only had an issue with the secure parking, not enough parking space in the underground parking lot to cater for the all the guest. not a big deal as there is parking around the hotel.

Great location and nice rooms.

Liked: Lovely rooms. Staff were friendly. Great location.
Disliked: I had to reschedule my stay due to the cyclone and flooding that hit the east coast. Redcliffe was forecast to be worst hit area. Flights had all been cancelled by airlines. My 2 night stay changed from the weekend to mid week. It was a substantially cheaper price but I wasn’t allowed to have a partial refund or in house credit. I thought that was disappointing. It was quite expensive originally considering it was off peak time.
