Pricy but location is good....

Liked: The locality.
Disliked: 1) We were almost charged more than our Booking.com amount. Luckily the 2nd staff member (Noom? A lovely young Asian lady) got it sorted.2) We booked parking for 3 nights but when we got there we were told there was no parking available. Again Noom (?) told the guy to have a look at our booking as she was aware of our parking request for 3 nights.3) We booked a room with a desk, dining table and city view. We were given a small room with a desk, no dining table and our view was the back of a parking garage. We went back to reception and the young Asian guy (who initially served us) wasn't there, but Noom (?) showed us another room which was bigger, had a dining table with view of parking garage and Sky tower. (Photo is of 2nd room with dining table).4) Day 1: we got back to our room at 2 pm just to find it hadn't been cleaned yet. The cleaners came around about 2.30pm. We told them not to bother. 5) Day 2: the cleaners knocked on our door at 9am to clean the room. We were still in bed and asked them to come later. We got back to our room at 2.10pm just to find it hadn't been cleaned yet. We sat in reception for an hour and when we got back, the bed was made.6) Only 1 fork.7) Fridge door handle broken.

Very good

Liked: The location of the Sebel Hotel was amazing! The staff where helpful and i enjoyed my stay.
Disliked: The noice from the bars and traffic was loud and the foyer was outdated.

Disliked: Cleanliness and room size very disappointing

Over priced for the experience...

Liked: The location is great!
Disliked: The bed was really uncomfortable and it was so loud each morning with bottles smashing below us. We were woken up early both mornings because of this. I am sure this was due to being on level 1 and on that side of the building.

Poor value for the cost...

Liked: Room was clean & tidy. Facilities need to be updated but didn’t affect our stay. Bed was a little uncomfortable but again didn’t affect our stay. We would stay here again
Disliked: We didn’t want our holiday to finish.

Disliked: City view was a carpark wallTV could not change channels missed out on the all black game against France Shower needs cleaning mould was expensive for its quality
