Superb

Disliked: I was disappointed to learn that we had to pay $60 per person to use the sauna! The room is quite expensive, and paying $60 per person for the spa was unexpected!

Liked: The view, room, and location, Piper, and Imen ( porter) were exceptional.
Disliked: The surprise $200 non-refundable pet fee for my ESA small, well-behaved dog. When I made the reservation, this did not show up; nor was it that much a year ago. The manager reduced it to $150, but I may not stay again because it's the highest anywhere for "pet-friendly," and seemed tricky. Also, the second elevator didn't work (with two conferences going on) nor did the coffee brewer. I had to order up coffee.
