Liked: The ocean view was nice and the walk to the beach was easy. Got to see dolphins from our balcony.
Disliked: Rude staff (twice when we approached the front desk re: issues or checking out, they seemed uncaring and tried to avoid helping us-both men saw us walk in, there was a good 15-30sec before the phone rang and they both picked up the phone ignoring us-not even greeting us, what kind of customer service is that?..) Had issue on the first night re: sofa bed and called front desk, left vm but no one ever called to follow up. Misleading post on booking.com re: breakfast (it was only limited to 2, we had a room for 5) tried to contact booking.com re: misleading info but kept getting referred back to hotel. The room (322) at first glance looked clean, but toilets were moldy/stained with black stuff-smell of mold in the room and sofa bed was broken and had holes in the mattress. A family member also found a cocker roach. Vacuum in the room was filthy and smelled terrible when we tried to clean up the room a bit. Carpet was filthy and felt wet/sticky. Pool was not connected to buildings so had to walk out in the cold to get to pool and back to room.
