Liked: Staff was great-Yamil was a wonderful front desk person! He was so great-recommended good places to eat. It was worth the stay just for his wonderful smile and attitude.

Yamil rocks!!

Liked: Beautiful room and great service. Yamil went above and beyond in everything we ask of him. He readily got me sugar-free syrup for the breakfast. Very courteous and informative. Promote now. I highly recommend this facility. So close to the Biltmore and other lovely places of interest.

Liked: Our stay was excellent. Staff was excellent. Yamil was very helpful and he communicated with us very effectively, even before our arrival. He was able to help us get our room early. He showed generous hospitality and professionalism. I would like to mention Chelsea too. She was friendly and great at what she does. Overall the stay was amazing and we would come back to this hotel.
Disliked: Some noise was coming from the AC unit at times. It didn't bother us since it was spring time and weather was nice.

Liked: It was very clean, and the breakfast was very good too.
Disliked: It’s under remodeling, and our suite had scaffolding on the terrace so we didn’t have a good view.
