I got scammed and ripped...
Liked: The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. The fitness center had a much larger variety than most hotel gyms offer, great if you like to work out. The aroma of the coffee shop was amazing too.
Disliked: There was no EV charging on site. This was the only reason i chose the hotel, was based on them having an EV charger which you had advertised. I was charged $150 to charge my car over night and the next night cost me $137. So it cost more money to charge my car than stay in the hotel. The best western right down the street offers free EV charging. So instead of spending $600 on 2 nights i could have just stayed there for $300. It cost $1.25 for the first 4 Hours then $20 Thereafter. My car wouldn't be completely charged unless it was charging for 10 hours. This is basically a scam and i will not be using Booking .com in the future.

Great stay
Liked: Fitness room was new and very clean. Entire hotel was clean and accommodating.
Disliked: If you have a larger group, wait for the restaurant to open instead of going to the owl lounge.

Disliked: There is nothing not to like this is a top-notch hotel for Lincoln, Nebraska. I just regret not booking the first night at this hotel.

Excellent, highly recommend!
Liked: Everything was great! Highly recommend and hope to stay again!
Disliked: Only one thing, when trying to make a reservation there was no opportunity to talk to a live human. I really don’t like this. Felt very cut off and too dependent on technology. Then I HAD to download app to even see the reservation. Ugh. Missed the personal touch.
