Liked: Absolutely lovely proper old London. Beautiful hotel in the heart of Westminster . Perfect location. The staff and service are impeccable. Thoroughly loved our stay.

Liked: What can I say, apart from exceptional!! Abdulla the manager, was so kind to us, and made our trip back to the Savoy so special. All the staff, Ben, Issac, just to name a few, were simply amazing… nothing was too much trouble, and went above and beyond to make our stay so special. The attention to detail, was so thoughtful, and made it just so much more memorable… we are still so overwhelmed by the whole experience! A massive thank you once again to all the team at the Savoy, we can’t wait to come back.Sincerely Mr and Mrs Smith x

Liked: All the extra touches and attention to detail but generally a stunning hotel.

Generally excellent although the room...

Liked: Excellent staff and quality of food, drink and facilities.
Disliked: Not good if you have limited mobility. Can be a long way to walk to rooms involving several flights of stairs
