Liked: The property was excellent just as expected facility’s great room great.
Disliked: The breakfast was very poor, lukewarm bacon was fatty and had been under the warmer for quite a while. Toast was not toasted both sides and service was slow

Liked: Fitness suite; complimentary drinks in mini bar fridge; wonderful shower; special touch, such as leaving a small hand cream on bed while we were out!

Absolutely brilliant

Liked: As always, the Savoy exceeds it's own reputation. Pure luxury, and the staff couldn't do enough for us. The room was spacious, the bed incredibly comfortable. Just a wonderful place to stay.
Disliked: The concierge assumed that we weren't residents, but soon made up for that mistake.
