Dissapointing

Disliked: They didn't stop with spamming my email when I asked and I asked five times or so.Two hours after check in staff member unlockes the doors of my room and tried to enter asking me if I want water.

Great city centre location, excellent...

Liked: Staff were fabulous as usual. The room and breakfast were amazing. We loved the Savoy even more than last time and we'll be back!
Disliked: No issues whatsoever.
