South Beach feel in Bournemouth...

Liked: This hotel is truly exceptional, featuring stunning decor and well-appointed rooms, with outstanding service. I enjoyed three meals at The South Beach restaurant, all of which were delightful. The facilities are excellent, particularly the outdoor pool and the Spa. It was a wonderful escape from London, with the sunny weather serving as an added bonus.

Very disappointing visit

Liked: The "cosy" room was a tiny badly planned room. No mirror in the bedroom, a small shower room with a very awkward sink , sliding door to bathroom which couldn't possibly close as it was too short. No space either for hanging items or even flat surfaces. We have stayed at the Nicki on two previous occasions and have been pleased. This time apart from the tiny room we found the staff in the bar and restaurants gruff and unfriendly. Almost as if they were doing us a favour in serving us. Very much the attitude of young Britain's today. The food is expensive for the quality served. Generally a very disappointing visit and we will not be returning.
