Liked: Didn’t stay at the Svaoy despite accepting our booking it was apparently closed for refurbishment so was transferred to the Grand Hotel.
Disliked: Beds on legs made for a noisy sex session, tea and coffee facilities in room but no spoons. Booked half board but on arrival told that only includes B&B… clearly wrong but at this point just moved on from it. Also tried charge us for parking despite being told this would be free by email. This was resolved at desk at check out.

Couldn’t sleep

Liked: Been going to the savoy for 20 years , it’s normally brilliant but unfortunately I wasn’t able to sleep because there was a water noise all night, like the boiler was playing up, it was like trying to sleep In aquarium, I tryed to go to reception but the behind reception was having her breakfast in the morning, then when tried mentioning it didn’t want to know
Disliked: Everything was fine apart from only having 3 and half hours sleep, tossing and turning all night with the water noise
