Terrible

Liked: We were in the worst room in the hotel and I’m sure the staff knew it. It was right by the back door trust slammed every time someone went out. It was miserable.

Very disapointing. Probably the worst...

Liked: Not much
Disliked: front desk staff were not helpful or informative at all. They could not give us information on why the restaurant(Bistro) was not open for dinner. The Bistro staff informed us they were understaffed. We were unaware we had to pay for parking. The sink in the bathroom was unsafe, detaching from the wall. When we went for breakfast there was a large stain in front of the elevator, we were informed they applied bleach to the area. No warning sign by this area.

Great location for walking to...

Liked: excellent location.ventilation system, good tasting water, hot shower, friendly , accommodating staff
Disliked: very slow Bistro service. told only 1 cook working. Fire alarm went off during breakfast
