Disliked: Dated, attention to details in cleaning were not good. Too expensive for the quality of hotel. While area is amazing the hotel is not the quality it should be for the rates charged. Not near enough amenities for price.

Liked: The staff at the front desk and in the restaurant were great! the food in the restaurant was well prepared, hot and tasty. My waitress was very attentive and courteous.
Disliked: My room had not been vacuumed in a VERY long time and the wash cloth used by the previous guest was still hanging from the shower head. This was pretty disappointing.

Great stay

Liked: Very convenient area, easy walking, service and food was great. Having a room with a balcony was an added benefit to sit out at night. Staff was super friendly and very helpful. Shout out to Elizabeth at breakfast and Christina at night at the bar. Great time and stay
Disliked: Furniture was not comfortable in room and hotel lobby. Too low to be able to get.out of chairs easily.Room was cool at night and having an extra blanket available would have been great.

Nothing outstanding

Disliked: There was no Kleenex/tissue in the room. I requested it from cleaning staff and was told there was none. There is a sign in the bathroom asking guests to conserve towels. There is one hook in the bathroom. Two people shower, use bath towels, wash clothes and face towels. There is no place to hang them after use. Conserving means reusing these wet things for two days. Add towel bars if you expect us to reuse them. No one to assist with luggage when arriving or leaving.
