Disliked: There was no Kleenex/tissue in the room. I requested it from cleaning staff and was told there was none. There is a sign in the bathroom asking guests to conserve towels. There is one hook in the bathroom. Two people shower, use bath towels, wash clothes and face towels. There is no place to hang them after use. Conserving means reusing these wet things for two days. Add towel bars if you expect us to reuse them. No one to assist with luggage when arriving or leaving.

Disliked: Wasn't aware ahead of time it was valet parking only, could have been better prepared if notified ahead if time. Was given the wrong room style. Noticed a few ants on the walls. Also water pressure was not good at all.
