A beautiful, well placed hotel.

Liked: The room was so clean. The bed was very comfortable and crisp, an absolutely lovely sleep.
Disliked: Tried to contact hotel on Sunday and no reply at all. In the end had to send email which was answered on Monday.

Lovely old coaching Inn.

Liked: Great location, room was spacious , clean and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent, plenty to choose from on the menu.
Disliked: Room overlooked the pub garden. It was very noisy until well after closing time. Not good if you wanted to get to sleep before midnight.

Liked: Lovely old coaching inn. Warm welcome, great staff. Fab evening meal and breakfast. Morning reception ladies were helpful too.
Disliked: Bedroom a bit tired. Bar/restaurant had some shabby seats. Not very friendly breakfast service.

Superb and great value for...

Liked: Parking at the rear of the hotel was very easy, check-in was very smooth and all the staff were very friendly and welcoming. The rooms are a great size, very clean, comfortable and quiet. The position is perfect, right in the centre of town within easy reach of all amenities. Would highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting the area.

Cosy and Comfortable

Liked: Well situated in the town, good parking facilities Room cosy and comfortable and above all the staff were lovely warm and welcoming
Disliked: The room next door .. person decided to have their tv on till 4am - no fault of the hotel but meant I didn’t sleep very well
