Friendly and helpful staff. Lovely comfortable room. Overall, an excellent place to stay, most comfortable and convenient.

Liked: The room was so clean, quite, and beautiful. The location to the Westminster Abbey was exceptional. The staff were so lovely and helpful. I will absolutely recommend this hotel.

Liked: Nice boutique hotel in the heart of Westminster, very close to St. James Park tube stop, small rooms but good. Lovely pub downstairs where breakfast are served for customers
Disliked: Price was extremely high. I paid more than in the hotel at Times Square (NYC).

Liked: Felt so luxurious great selection of stuff in room for stay from range of tea to bathroom goodies in case you had forgotten anything.

Great Locatiom

Liked: It's on top of a pub but not noisy. The location is superb and breakfast was good.
Disliked: I don't love the super trad decor but I guess it's part of the package.
