Liked: The heated pool was beautiful, it made the whole experience.
Disliked: The view wasn’t too pleasant , ocean view was half blocked by a building, not very romantic for my anniversary after seeing a rat run across the roof off the rooftop of the building right in front. No breakfast on monday mornings.

Liked: The pool area was beautiful and the people were friendly
Disliked: It was under construction instantly as we walked in, we had paid a lot we thought for the reservation. We checked in and right away they said we’d like to upgrade your room. Would you like that? We said yes, and they added an a charge for the upgrade they put us they said in the penthouse at the top of the hotel and the rooms we found the rooms to be old in need of updating, the toilet was dirty from the previous guest. Someone had peed on the wall on the patio and when we took a bath that night, the bathtub would not hold water so made it very difficult with stuff the whole With cloth and tried to make it work. from the pictures online it looks like a beautiful place but when we arrived, it really is in need of a big update. Had I known that it wouldn’t have been a place that I chose even though the pool was beautiful. We don’t smoke and we found it nice that the facility is non-smoking. There are signs everywhere, but while we were on the Pool side straight out of the bar, there were plenty of people smoking on the property smoking in the pool area smoking on the patios and I don’t like cigarette smoke .

Liked: Pool was open until 2 am. Enjoyed shopping at the resort. Relaxing environment.
Disliked: Price too high.

Disliked: I made a reservation just for good view then I got room in fifth floor but the view was so bad ..there is roof top hide everything front my rooom..then i tried to change my roome they said we are gonna charge you $40 more..and thats crazy because I already paid $310 for night..its was really upset

The spa is to die...

Liked: Everyone was very attentive to all of mine and my husbands needs.
Disliked: The property itself was under construction during our stay and we were not informed until our arrival and heard the drills. The stores were closed due to the construction so that was very frustrating since I had a gift certificate to the stores inside the resort. I asked numerous employees and was told by each of them a different day they would be open.
