Loved the hotel. Beautiful Room. Excellent breakfast. Would definitely stay here again. Everything we could have wished for. Ten out of ten.

Rooms are superb, reception needs...

Liked: Cheaper than the premier inn but in room was superb. Reception looks a bit drab and needs smartening up but when you get into your room, absolutely lovely. What a bargain and I will definitely stay again if I come to St Albans!

Liked: We loved the hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was a good size and the shower easy to use. The bar was handy for a drink before going out for dinner.The breakfast was excellent with a fabulous continental section. Would highly recommend.

Liked: Breakfast is expensive a full English is charged as an a la carte extra. No black pudding and fried eggs on first day had been held too long. So complained as we were there for three nights, better on days two and three!
Disliked: Apart from the above niggle, all good will be booking again for film festival weekend out on by Talking Pictures TV.

Lovely stay, good size bed,...

Liked: Easy access into town, good parking facilities, room was nice and comfortable, the breakfast was lovely, nice portions not too much but enough to choose from, in a lovely brefast resturant room.
Disliked: I personally would have liked a mini bar fridge in my room, as I prefer bottled water and having the option to help myself to a drink whilst in the room, something I did think this hotel would have had being a Hilton, I would have also liked to of seen a menu for the room service snacks and foods that could be ordered. Rather than just told over the phone how ever the staff where very nice and helpful on the phone and explained very well.
