Loved the hotel. Beautiful Room. Excellent breakfast. Would definitely stay here again. Everything we could have wished for. Ten out of ten.

This is definitely the place to stay if you visit St. Albans.

Elegant and central, definitely worth...

Liked: Beautiful structure placed in the center of St Albans, 1 minute walk from local amenities and cathedral. Staff was helpful and cordial.
Disliked: Thermostat is centralised and can’t be adjusted to preference.

Liked: The location was central; the staff members were all friendly; the room was comfortable and well equipped and the hotel's decor was plush and stylish. We would definitely return.
Disliked: Everything was fine - breakfast costs were a bit high, but that's about it

Underwhelming and expensive.

Liked: Room was very poor for the price. could have stayed at The Holiday inn Express for less than half the price the only difference would have been that I wouldn't have got a biscuit at the Holiday inn.
Disliked: The breakfast was poor, everything was overcooked and it was expensive £17.95The toilet flushed all night and wouldn't stop
