Disliked: Given that it’s St Albans parking is a little bit tricky. The hotel has three different ones to use, but at least it does have parking. I thought the price of the room was a little bit pricey to not offer breakfast included. The hotel itself is very lovely. Just wish they would clean the internal windows!

Nice hotel, great location.

Liked: Cosy and inviting entry and bar area. Central location opposite the cathedral.
Disliked: We arrived at 4.15 well past check in time, but had to wait for the cleaning to be completed. The reception staff seemed inexperienced and did not convey why we were waiting until I asked if there was a problem.

Disliked: A very small point, but the receptionist didn't know anything about the train service to Luton Airport and gave us poor advice but fortunately we checked with Google!
