Great spot to break a...

Liked: Location. Very good for breaking a journey when travelling north from Auckland. Right next to the Inn for food and drink. Quiet location. 24hr Laundromat just next to the property. Supermarket 5 minutes awayHuge comfortable beds and great pillows. Kitchenette with toaster,microwave, fridge etc.
Disliked: The bathroom could do with upgrading, having said that It was all very clean and worked fine and the stay was good value for money

Liked: Very quaint and pretty place with good sized rooms. Would recommend it for travellers.

Great room but poor restaurant

Liked: We thought the room was very good quiet and spacious but we were very disappointed with the restaurant area . The carpet was dirty , lots of noisy workmen , bar service very poor . We felt ignored so left and went out to eat !!

Disliked: The workers next door (which has nothing to do with the function of the motel ) woke us up at 630am yelling n big machinery which we found awfully rude n abrupt..We were hoping for a slight sleep in .. there was no way we could have slept in with that noise..so we left rather early then we hoped .. motel however was great,bed was comfy, staff great
