Liked: Very clean and the staff were very helpful and friendly.
Disliked: The blue light from the kitchen LED was very bright, something to shield it from the bed would be food.

Good Aesthetics, but other aspects...

Liked: - Complimentary gifts Ok - Aesthetics very good - Security: Very good - Very Good and Secure WiFi - Good location
Disliked: - Price: Very expensive @ €225/night for Exec. Suite - Full Payment before Stay - Not given the booked room, were told we were given an "upgrade" (Duplex) only once we questioned why Room is not on Ground Floor, i.e. not straight away. Later discovered something was wrong with our original room. - Access: Access to Reception Ok, Access to Rooms: Some are on Level 1 (A flight of stairs, No Lift). - Very Loud beep from Mirror each time you turn on Bathroom Lighting. Annoying at night. - Shouting by Maids/Cleaners during housekeeping for other rooms. - Slow TV - TV antenna disconnected however found the problem and could watch TV. - Reception not 24/7 - Room layout not to our taste, much wasted space. - Fridge barely does its job.

Liked: Great friendly thoroughly helpful staff.
Disliked: If you like a bed as hard as the floor, then this is the place for you. I wouldn't recommend going with the intention of using the shower for a hair wash day though the water pressure was non-existent.

Liked: The room was a lovely size. The bed was super comfy. The lady on reception when we arrived was welcoming and gave us all the information we needed, including a map of the area and the sights to see. That was a lovely touch. The room was ready on arrival which was great given we were early. Special requests are noted and acted on wherever possible. The hotel is 15 minute walk from the shops, which is a pleasant walk for us.
Disliked: We cannot fault anything.
