Liked: Location and parking spot is fabulous for our concert at the Queens hall as walking distance. Breakfast room was closed for refurbishing so we received breakfast in bed which was lovely and served with a big smile, great value

Pleasant stay at a hotel...

Liked: The location is awesome, it is right next to the bus station with numerous buses that can take you to the city centre. We had a smaller room on the ground floor, but it was spacious enough and supplied with everything you need. The entire hotel has a victorian vibe and if you are expecting the newest furniture and decore at a 4 star hotel you will be disappointed. But the bed was comfortable and everything was clean so it suited us!Good food!
Disliked: They had a problem with the dining area so we had room service, we had to fill out a form to choose what we want for breakfast, but even though we were given the right to choose, the breakfast was pretty random and we got a few things we didnt order and didnt get the things we wanted, however the FOOD WAS GOOD!

Disliked: The hotel is rather tired and has the feeling of a hostel or previous seedy business.
