Liked: Very noble Rooms and very quiet spot in Edinburgh. 25 minutes walk to the centre
Disliked: Quite expensive, but it was the week end of the six nations match. Even if the room is ready, to have the key 1,5 hour before the check in time, they asked us 20 GPB

Liked: Beautiful room.
Disliked: The hotel room was great. Thanks. Room service breakfast just didn't work. I ordered it for 8 a.m., but it didn't arrive. I had to eat somewhere else. I got breakfast the first morning because I went to ask for it.I was very disappointed by this.

Perfect for our overnight stay.

Liked: Excellent quiet location, easy to find,convenient for buses and walks in the area. Restaurant not open due to time of year but many places to eat on main road into town and excellent continental breakfast delivered to our room with a smile. High standard of cleanliness and equipment in our room. Very comfortable bed and extra blanket supplied appreciated. Good value for money and very efficient staff.

Disliked: Didn't have a Boutique Hotel vibe, it felt cheap and very amateur, poor reception area, poor welcome which felt bizarre and as though we were being left in an empty building, cheap carpets in stairways n bedroom, very cheap n tacky photocopied notices everywhere. Defo not a 15 min walk BTW town.
