Liked: It is a very cool and funky hotel. The outdoor space is great. The room needed some TLC. The bed was uncomfortable.

Unlikely to ever come back.

Liked: Comfortable bed.
Disliked: The hallway smelled like a septic tanks. Get rid of the mini bar.Why have a fridge if there is not room in it for guests. Filthy carpets.

Not great

Liked: It was colorful and cute. Had a hip vibe.
Disliked: It was a maze! I was offered to pay a bit extra per night for a “pool side”. I assumed this would be on the 1st floor with direct access to the pool. Instead it was on the 2nd floor, completely the other side of the hotel to the elevators. The hallways were all over the place and I got totally lost trying to find my room with my 8 year old after driving 12 hours and was completely overwhelmed. We then got to our room and the keys did t work. I tried to call the fri t office, but no one answered. I was rescued by a passing staff once I got back downstairs and halfway to the lobby. On the second/last night I out out the in room breakfast menu, to be collected by staff over night to schedule our breakfast for 9am.That night I went to bed at about 8:30, woke up at 1am & got a drink of water from the tap. I woke up again at about 4am sweating and cramping with a very upset stomach. This went on all morning and I had to extend our leaving time as I was pretty ill with some sort of stomach something. The breakfast I ordered the night before for my daughter (who was having an awful time with her mom being so sick) didn’t arrive.I called the in-room dining and the front desk about every 30 mins until finally someone from in-room dining answered and said they didn’t have any scheduled food orders from the night before, so would have to take my order now (11am).I also finally got through to the front desk to ask if the tap water in the bathrooms was drinkable. Apparently it is, but I have my doubts about it. We’d had snacks from target (chips & packaged goods) for dinner and had only eaten food we’d got from room service for lunch and breakfast and drunk the water we had left over in our bottles, then from the tap in the bathroom.
