Liked: Cute property with an amazing location and great breakfast!

Great location... but not a...

Liked: The location was great. It was a twenty minute walk to the main part of Santa Fe, so we got a lot of exercise... but not too much exercise. The breakfast was above average. The bed was comfortable and the furniture was nice. A colorful painting in the room.
Disliked: You really got to know your neighbors... like, the person next door is an irresponsible pet owner and left their dog whining in their room while we tried to relax. The guy upstairs must have been wearing work boots in his room the entire stay. Translation: the walls were paper thin. It was like living inside of a drum. Basically, this place is a remodeled Motel 6 type place. They charge a lot of money for putting southwestern furniture and art into the Motel 6 type room. We probably would have liked the place if our room had been more quiet.

Convenient location, quiet, close to...

Liked: Close to downtown, pet friendly.
Disliked: It was good for a quick stay.

Liked: Easy checkin, friendly staff, decent rooms, good location
Disliked: Rooms are a little dated, but good value for the price

Superb

Liked: Cute hotel/motel, not a far walk from Downtown. The staff at check in was very friendly and the on-site bar was a great place to grab a drink and a bite to eat while enjoying some live music. We mostly walked to/from Downtown (~10 mins) but there was a shuttle (free+tips - cash only) that we did utilize once, which was convenient. The room was spacious and upgraded (albeit the bathroom/shower area) and breakfast was simple, but all we needed. We especially appreciated being able to bring our pup with us, as he was the purpose of us embarking on a Thanksgiving road trip instead of flying. All in all, a great place to stay at a great price.
