Disliked: Room can be upgraded for a more modern feeling.

Art Basel was in session....

Liked: Location good, beach good, room older and out dated. Not as clean
Disliked: The elevator was slow and stopped working multiple times. We arrived early prior to check in time and the woman said our room is not ready yet but she will call us when it is.She did call us an hour later and checked us in early. We were not told that we would be charged $57 for an early check in fee. I think that is a rip off and we were not informed prior.
