Not a great value but...

Liked: The location was great. You can walk to the Lincoln Mall and all sorts of restaurants easily. However, we were not thrilled with the room set-up for 4 people, the extra cost for everything, and the limited seating at the pool. For the price, I would not stay here again.

Liked: Location is perfect, room is spacious and clean. Beach is wonderful!

Comfortable place on Collins, back...

Liked: We rented a one-bedroom suite, which was comfortable and clean. The hotel is on the beach, and it has a pool, which is somewhat crowded. There are paintings in the lobby and around the premises, so the place has an artsy feeling, which I found pleasant. The coffee shop is good. The hotel has beach chairs on the beach, and they give you beach towels near the pool. The beach is beautiful.
Disliked: I had no specific complaints.

Disliked: Chose a king suite room as it had a kitchenette however there was no plates, cutlery in the kitchenette. All cupboards were totally empty!

A Gem in South Beach!

Liked: The staff treated my daughter and I like we were the only guests there. Each person's personality was inviting, courteous and professional. Melody at the front desk made sure we had whatever we wanted. Beautiful hotel with art placed on almost every wall.The location was perfect...restaurants, pharmacy, liquor store, shopping only a short distance away. The private beach access and pool was amazing. ♥️ And I received a complementary bottle of my choice for my birthday!! Loved it!!
