Very disappointing because we planned...

Liked: Beautiful, historic property.
Disliked: Reserved a very specific and pricey room with 2 beds and a bathtub. At check in we were told we got an “upgrade” to a cabin (new) and didn’t even get to see the interior of the hotel!
