Liked: Staff very friendly.
Disliked: Room was dated; very hot and air conditioning did not work.

Parking signage going down Glossop Road after passing the hotel could be improved. Driving up the road was better as the car park could be seen.

Liked: Reception first class, breakfast excellent. Appropriate bedding without a large heavy duvet.
Disliked: Decor generally shabby and old fashioned.

Liked: The hotel was clean and had everything you’d need. The price was very reasonable and the breakfast, which was included in the price, was very good.

Liked: Lovely friendly lady on reception so I didn't have the heart to complain
Disliked: In need of a total revamp, cannot believe they put me (a solo traveller) down in the bottom room, honestly it felt like the basement, a squeaky bed with two flat pillows a metal bar across a white/blacked out filthy window which were so old that it sounded like the traffic was coming through the room

Liked: the building is dated but the room was lovely it was clean warm and cosy and had everything you needed there was a carpark although chargeable was worth the convenience
Disliked: there is no lift but understandable in this sort of building
