Liked: Location was good decor inside the hotel was lovely. The lady behind the bar was very friendly in the afternoon.
Disliked: We stayed across at the courtyard with our 2 dogs.1st appearance of coming through a fire door was shoddy repairs to the wall outside my door 306. My room looked tired compared to other hotels I have stayed in this group. We had no dog beds like we have been left previously. Our beds and pillows were uncomfortable. A used coffee pod had been left in the tray upside down and a used teaspoon. Bathroom was beautiful .We were not offered any dog breakfast for the dogs in a previous stay we have been offered sausages. At one of your group hotels. The food at our evening meal mine came late due to having allergies and everyone had already started as couldn’t wait. I had liver and only 3 small piceices. Not impressed. As for lunch had gluten free sandwiches probably made with 1 egg as hardly any filing very poor for £8.95. Would have expected more. And then breakfast I had gluten free toast and scrambled egg and smoked salmon which was cold. Porridge was hot though. My husband had 2 poached eggs on only one slice of soughdough toast very disappointing. Presentation was good that was it. Not a very wide selection of continental very poor for the price. Just come back from London and stayed in small hotel had better selection than here.

Disliked: The heating in the room was not working although an heater was bought to the room due to size of room only took the chill off-did not warm the room completely

Liked: Toiletries very nice. Towels lovely. Rooms and other areas nicely decorated. Interesting pictures. Staff very pleasant.
