No amenities … not good...

Liked: Location was good.
Disliked: No coffee in lobby, no breakfast of any mind. For room rate, little to no amenities! Went to take shower and shampoo dispenser completely empty, tabletop electrical for coffee maker didn’t work, Kleenix container has 2 tissues.No refrig or microwave - Usually that’s standard in a room.

Not restful.

Disliked: I requested a crib. A pack and play was delivered to the room just as we were entering the room. Very dirty and the blanket/pad was damp and smelled of cleaning solution. Confusion on check in which took a while to figure out what room we were in. We were located on the 4th floor with a lot of loud neighbors. I complained once but it didn’t really help. There’s a restaurant attached to the hotel but it wasn’t explained if there is a complimentary breakfast or any info given about the restaurant.

Liked: Room was clean breakfast was really good and waiters were nice in the breakfast area.
Disliked: I informed front desk girl that someone from colorado left their lights on car in parking lot so they dont have a dead battery she brushed me off like I wasnt talking didnt say thanks or we will take care of it or nothing , just rude .....
