The Palace Lounge is the ideal setting to enjoy our famous Royal Afternoon Tea. Our Curry Room is an authentic journey of discovery blending Indian and African influences in our signature fine-dining style. An inspired three-course menu created by Chef Arun Kumar alongside an exceptional Thali. The New York Bar is renowned for its striking red décor original artwork and luxurious ambiance. With a blend of traditional hospitality offering a journey from early signature classics through to modern mixology. Liked: Air Conditioning didn’t work Room was too hot Window wouldn’t open Bar staff were inattentive. We walked out to go to the pub after waiting at a table for too long Terrible

Fantastic hotel with superb staff.

Liked: First time at the Rubens. Fantastic staff who go beyond to make your stay comfortable. Have stayed at far more expensive hotels who do not show the level of attentiveness the Rubens does.
