Disliked: Breakfast - the spread was the worst spread I’ve ever had at a hotel. And they managed to bring our order wrong from the menu multiple times. Executive king room which did not provide a nice amount of space for two adults and one toddler at all. The room had dirty spots on the carpet and on the couch.Bathroom door was not closing properly. Shower was horrible - it was never a comfortable warm temperature, but was only giving boiling water with patches of cold water even though one turns it all the way to cold.

Superb!

Liked: The room was very comfortable and clean. Service was excellent and staff very helpful and pleasant. The restaurants and bar area were wonderfully appointed with excellent service and food. Breakfast was superb… varied,fresh and delicious.The position overlooking Buckingham Palace and a short walk to Victoria Station, was excellent and so convenient

Disliked: The rooms were awful, blood on the wall near my bed and our cups were dirty, we eat in the New York bar and they got the order wrong on both days forgot orders and just wasn’t really bothered about it, and took ages to serve us we had to ask them can we order would not stay again
