Disappointed.

Liked: The room was nice, but its configuration would have suited a single business traveler better. The shower was great.
Disliked: I had requested a high floor with a balcony. The room I was initially given was on the second floor nexted to conference facilities. The desk clerk admitted the error based on my Booking.com confirmation. We were given a much smaller room on the fourth floor, without a balcony, and a view of the the neighboring building and alley. Having challenged the room assignment once, and since our stay was only two nights, I decided not to say anything. Additional negatives include: glass doors into the bath area are not a good idea. The numerous buttons to controll lighting and drapes are confusing and unnecessary. Minibar items were much more expensive than necessary. A AU$90 botttel of wine, really? We didn't need a separate office room. Way too many mirrors and reflective surfaces in the room and throughout the hotel.

Liked: The wait time for breakfast (45 minutes) was totally unacceptable. Seriously understaffed

Excellent, property, service and location....

Liked: Exceptional service from Ella and all the front of hotel staff. They couldn’t be more friendly and helpful.
Disliked: Pillows could be a bit firmer

A pleasant stay with some...

Liked: Beautiful building and location
Disliked: Bar fridge not working, and required fixing during the evening. Room was a King Room with Balcony as on our previous visits, but this one was smaller.

VERY COMFORTABLE - GREAT LOCATION...

Liked: THE TERRACE WAS A NICE ADDITION. THE BATHROOM WAS SPACIOUS AND LUXURIOUS - NICE. I LOVED THE ADDITION OF A DYSON HAIRDRYER - IT'S NICE TO SEE MORE HOTELS CATERING SPECIFICALLY FOR WOMEN'S NEEDS. BRAVO.
Disliked: I LOVED IT ALL.
