Great place for work and...

Liked: Perfect place to stay when working in Jersey, central, great facilities. Always use the leisure facilities which are great. I also use the suites for delivering business workshops and the staff & facilities are superb.

Liked: Staff was very friendly, the rooms are nice and the breakfast is very good
Disliked: The last night - Friday to Saturday was very noisy, and unfortunately on Staurday Breakfast is only at 8am. This had not been pointed out when I checked in, so I also did not prepare an alternative, as I had to leave for the aiport. would be nice to have a breakfast pack proposed as alternative

Always a great stay!

Liked: It's a great hotel in the centre of town and right next to the harbour, the staff are friendly and it is probably one of the best three urban hotels on the island. I'd definitely stay again and have stayed a number of times in the past. The breakfast is good, with the freshly cooked eggs and good ingredients it doesn't feel like a 'full english buffet'. The hotel restaurants look good too.
Disliked: The second time I've stayed in the older part of the hotel and the creaky floor boards and lack of sound insulation makes the comfort not as good as the newer part of the hotel; the price per night of this hotel is high and I didn't get quite what I would hope for compared to the newer part of the hotel.

Liked: Nice size room and bathroom. Varied options for breakfast.Great location in town.Friendly staff.
Disliked: The information book in the room didn't have all the pages, it was just full of the index page (which is obviously a mistake). One blind in the room broken and the showerhead in bathroom had an issue so it would only face the shower door meaning water would go over the floor - I flagged this to the team when checking out and they stated they were not aware and apologised.
