A treat to stay here.

Liked: Lovely clean room and large bathroom. Staff were very friendly and attentive. Breakfast was exceptionally good except for undrinkable coffee but this was quickly rectified with lovely Americano from the coffee machine in the bar. Parking right outside. Good value for money and will be staying again.
Disliked: Only coffee as above.

Very good

Liked: Very helpful and friendly manager and staff. A remarkable historic hotel in a very convenient location.Nice, comfortable decor in the room.
Disliked: It’s an old building and the exterior seems overdue for renovation so not a great view from the window and the windows are painted shut and don’t open.

Really good value for money....

Liked: Really lovely spacious family room. We couldn't believe how big it was for the price. The bathroom was also huge. We stayed here before visiting the bedgebury lights. It was in a great location and the kids loved having their own bunk bed nook.
Disliked: The only thing I didn't like was that you couldn't lock the door from the inside. I had a toddler with me who was sleeping in the bottom bunk and it would've been too easy for her to get up and open the door. The family rooms really need to have a high boltOr something on the door.
