Liked: What a great find. The hotel is wonderful, clean, stylish and comfortable. Really lovely room with some nice touches. Staff were very friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend.

Liked: Perfect location to visit Tunbridge Wells and it has parking. Food was very good for breakfast and dinner and the staff were above excellent. Friendly and nothing was too much trouble.
Disliked: Carpet in room was stained

Liked: lovely hotel ,comfy bed
Disliked: The bath was a bit too high for me I'm only 5ft .And had to get in the bath to turn on the taps

Liked: Lovely location , staff marvellous. Room lovely but a few very obvious marks in the carpet . It was the first thing I noticed not the beautiful bathroom which it truly was .
Disliked: Stained carpet

Liked: lovely clean and comfortable . Staff very professional and helpful. We had an upgrade when we arrived because of the issue with the gas leak. Would recommend and will definitely stay again.
Disliked: unfortunately they had a gas leak before we arrived so had no hot water or heating and the kitchen was closed. It was rectified though within 24 hours.
