Passable

Liked: The hotel was right in the high street with bars and restaurants near by.
Disliked: The receptionist gave me at first a room at the last floor but it was very closed to the bar and on Saturday they had a DJ which was plyaing music very loud. I asked her to move me somewhere else and she gave me a room on the other side which was very quite.

Very good

Liked: Good location easy to get around. Close to bars and restaurants and shops. I have stayed at the hotel before and was given the same room. Was very impressed with this. Also the room had a bath and good bathroom.
Disliked: The only problem I had was the key to the main outside front door did not fit. But the entrance was nearly always open.

Wouldn’t stay there again

Liked: Cleanliness of the rooms and the grand staircase
Disliked: Receptionist looked miserable as hell and was expecting a bath in the room but it was a shower and there was was no food to order and unfortunately the men next door to our room were extremely loud at half 3 in the morning with loud music and sounded off their head with drugs and alcohol ,there no staff there to report anything like this at that time so ruined my stay .

AVOID at all costs!

Liked: Absolutely nothing! It’s a dump and the owners should be throughly embarrassed that they offer such filthy rooms.
Disliked: Absolutely everything! Filthy disgusting carpets in the communal areas and bedrooms. Filthy walls and windows. Stained radiator, no heating. Noisy extractor fans outside the room. I took one look at the dump of a room, complained and received a refund. I’ve absolutely no idea how they could describe the room I booked as ‘deluxe’. What an absolute joke! They should be fined for false advertising!
