Liked: Not a lot to say unfortunately. Hotel was a stylish character the last time was here 30 year ago. Very rundown no breakfast menu. .

Liked: The location was great and the quirky stairs etc are fine for an old building. Staff was very very nice and helpful
Disliked: The room was very tired and the bed was of very poor quality. You could feel the bed springs and the mattress went flat and you could feel the frame beneath it sort of….. had to leave and ask for a refund.

Disliked: hotel really run down, mould on walls and windows, no hot water in shower, bed very old and worn

Liked: excellant customer service from kiosk desklady ,very polite ,helpful, and friendly. The room was excellant for our stay and had a comfortable sleep in a peacefull environment.
