Wonderful Overnight Retreat

Liked: Loved my suite. Bed was super comfortable and so love the bathroom and the deep soaking tub. Room was so beautiful and inviting!!!! Would definitely book again.
Disliked: Only issue was there were more options for the TV. Thought I would be able to use my steaming apps while there.

Overall good experience

Liked: Great location. Room itself is spacious. Elevators are quick. Overall quiet in the hotel. Room furnishings are adequate just upholstered furniture starting to show a little age . Great that they don’t charge a pet fee.
Disliked: Not a fan of the resort fee or early check in fee even if room is available. Traveling with a pet you feel hijacked on early check in fee especially if the room is ready and it’s after 12. Some of the furniture could be updated in the room. Bathrooms need some serious maintenance as shower door wouldn’t close and would hit a marble ledge. Also some of the wood work has water damage and concerning for mold. Also one of the vanity lights flickered no matter what you did so had to leave it off or unscrew it.

Nice location with easy access...

Liked: The rooms had plenty of space. The location was great. This hotel has an onsite restaurant, Certo, which includes a bar. They provided a credit towards food and drink onsite, which was very helpful. Very pet friendly.
Disliked: Small elevators. The hotel didn’t have enough common sitting areas. The business center was small. The rooms didn’t have a microwave. Which housekeeping did bring us a microwave, at request.
